      1. To get the Civic365 app, just head to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your phone and search for "Civic365 Canada".

      3. To initiate the installation of the Civic365 application, simply click on the "Install" button.

      7. If you already have an account, please log in. If you haven't registered yet, click on the "Register" button and proceed with the registration process.

      9. To create an account, enter your details as depicted in the image and then click on the "Create Account" button.

      11. After creating your account, please check your Outlook inbox for temporary credentials.

      13. Enter your email address and password.

      17. To share your device's location, select the appropriate option.
